Removal of existing weeds, dead annuals, appropriate dead or spent plant material, leaves, sticks and debris from existing landscape beds.

Selective pruning for plant health, condition, size or seasonal needs, performed when appropriate for the plant type and time of year.

Routine trimming to maintain the established shape and manageable size of appropriate shrubs.

Installation of specified plant material in prepared landscape areas. Plant material, soil amendments, removal or replacement of existing material, and additional site preparation are included only when specified on the estimate.

Re-cutting existing landscape bed borders and removing encroaching turf to create a clean, defined edge.

Application of pre-emergent weed preventer to appropriate landscape beds according to product directions. It helps prevent new weeds from germinating; it does not eliminate existing weeds.

Installation of the specified type and quantity of mulch in prepared landscape beds. Bed cleanup, edging and other preparation are included only when separately listed on the estimate.

Removal of fallen leaves, sticks, branches and seasonal debris from lawn and landscape beds; removal or cutback of appropriate spent seasonal plant material; and clearing of affected hard surfaces.

Removal and disposal of collected landscape debris when listed on the estimate. Unusual, oversized, construction or hazardous debris is not included unless specifically quoted.
